Colortone brand of tees are in unisex style and are pre-shrunk 100% heavyweight cotton. They offer a seamless rib at the neck Please refer to the sizing chart in the photos for sizing guidelines
Design Times
All items are made to order right here in our California based studio. We print, cut and press all shirts based on your custom selections. Please 5-7 business days for standard orders or 2-4 business days for rush orders to be designed and shipped out.
Shipping Times
An email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been designed. All orders are shipped out with USPS first class mail or priority mail depending on the weight of the package. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive to your home.
No Returns or Exchanges
Since each item in our shop is custom made to your specific requests such as design, shirt style, size and color, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we do want you to love your order so if anything does not meet your satisfaction, please reach out to us at hello@glittereverafter.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sizing Exceptions
We understand ordering clothing online can sometimes be difficult when choosing sizes. For this reason we have created our Sizing Guidelines page to help you navigate the fit, material and measurements of each shirt style. Please note the measurements are taken in inches and there is a vendor tolerance of +/-10%. If the shirt you received has a variance over or under the 10% please contact us to begin a return.
Refunds
If your return is accepted for sizing exceptions, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
